(Invite Only Event) The Section Retreat is the first gathering of the COC and serves as the initial meeting of the Lodge’s so we can start planning the annual Section Conclave.
All Lodge’s are to be represented by their Chief (or designated representative) , Lodge Adviser, their CVC, and CVC Adviser.
Additional members include Section level CVCs, the three Section Officers, and their respective Advisers.
