REGISTRATION IS OPEN

"Let the Show Begin"

at Camp Marin Sierra for Conclave 2026, September 18 – 21, 2026. 

 The carnival is coming to town! Well it’s actually heading to the mountains and will be at Camp Marin Sierra!  Join your fellow Arrowmen from Northern California and Nevada for Section G17N’s Conclave.  If you haven’t guessed this year’s themes is carnival.  Gather your OA friends and register today for what will be an unforgettable experience.  

Don’t hesitate, register today!  The earlier you register, the better entrance fee you get! Prizes, entertainment, skills of luck & chance, plus some fellowship is to be had by all!

Conclave Sponsor Option...

Section G17N is offering a special SPONSOR package again for the 2026 Conclave. There will be limited sponsor level registrations available, so act quick! Those that select the Sponsor level will receive everything that all Conclave attendees receive plus…

Training format...

Select one of three pathways when you register.  That’s it.  Your training schedule, with detailed sessions, will be provided onsite at Conclave.  

Things to expect:

  • topics to help improve your OA program at the chapter and Lodge levels.  
  • opportunities to meet fellow Arrowmen and here some best practices
  • lots of fun! 

The three pathways are:

  • “Show Basics” – Focused curriculum for newer Arrowmen.  
  • “Perfecting the Acts” –  This is the pathway to guide you further along on your OA journey. Topics to be taught include Elangomats, Ceremonies, Membership, and much more. 
  • “Running the Circus” – For those who serve.  Or want to.  Good for current or past Lodge leaders as well as Vigil Members.
