2026 Conclave Info
“The Show Starts Now”

Completing Your Registration

This year there are three things you want to double check to ensure your Conclave registration is complete before arrival. In NOEARS go to the “Event” tab to check your registration.

  • Med Form in CampDoc – this year all med forms should be completed in Camp Doc, make sure your CampDoc information is completed.
  • Code of Conduct acceptance – also found in NOAERS and required before you arrive at Conclave
  • Training Pathway – double check your training pathway choice and make sure that you’ve signed up for the pathway that sounds most exciting to you.

Directions & Parking - Camp Marin Sierra

Transportation to Conclave is coordinated by lodges so check with our lodge leadership about plans for your team to get to and from the event.

Camp Marin Sierra is located off of Highway 20 near Interstate 80. See the star on the map below. There may be some construction on or near the exit, follow local signage to get to Highway 20. It is less than a mile from I-80 to camp so keep a lookout for the red gate and sign quickly once you leave I-80.

Upon arrival, look for members of Talako Lodge to guide you to the right parking area. Parking at camp is limited so carpooling highly recommended. If you are a Conclave Sponsor, let the parking folks know so that they can guide you to your VIP parking.

Friday Night Amazing Circus Showcase - Costume Party, Talent Show, and More

You’re amazing which means you belong at this year’s Circus Showcase. Friday Night at Conclave is always a fun time and at this year and this year’s circus theme means the friday night party is going to be wild. Come in your best circus or carnival costume and sign up for the talent show. Sign-up link here: https://forms.gle/NUcMee2e4mX7ya448

Training - Maximizing Your Impact Back Home

Conclave this year features three training pathways – a pathway for everyone in attendance. A chance to sharpen your skills to improve your approach to your family, school, work, lodge, and scouting unit. The three pathways are:

Basics of the Show:

The “Basics of the Show” will be oriented around leadership and communication games, with an emphasis on introducing Arrowmen to the values of the Order of the Arrow. A great pathway for new members. Training meeting place: Gold Rush

Perfecting the Acts:

“Perfecting the Acts” dives deep into the Order of the Arrow with training specific to Elangomats, Ceremonies, Membership, and much more. Perfect for Arrowmen who want to get more involved with the Induction process, leadership in their lodge, or understand our organization on that next level. Training meeting place: Pioneer

Running the Circus:

“Running the Circus” is designed for those who are always asking, “what’s next?”. Recommended for current or past lodge leaders and/or Vigil Honor members, this pathway will involve learning about High Adventure programs, mentorship, staying involved, and other exciting activities. Training meeting place: Handicraft

Afternoon: Competitions, Carnival, and Recreation

The afternoon will be filled with more activities than you can handle and includes:

  • Waterfront activities
  • Archery
  • Dunk Tank
  • 5K run
  • Team and individual competitions
  • Unit Election competition
  • Silent Auction

New Induction Q&A

We are privileged this year to have a special guest – Wyatt Corbin – a young OA leader who has helped craft and rollout the OA’s new induction process. He’ll be at Conclave and in the afternoon will host a question and answer session for you to ask your new induction questions before we fully launch the process next year.

Trading Post, Snack Bar & Auction

Conclave isn’t complete without patches and other great items to bring home. This year’s Conclave will have a silent and a live auction on Saturday. The host lodge will have a snack bar in operation for those afternoon snack and drink needs.

The Conclave Trading Post may be the eighth wonder of the world. Get yourself some extra patches, a hoodie, official Section ball cap, beanie, stickers, and much much more.

The Trading Post and Auction will accept cash and credit cards. Use the money you saved by avoiding the late fee to get yourself some section swag.

New Arrowman Guide

If you’re a new Arrowman – this info is for you. First, welcome to your first Conclave. Conclave will provide you an experience like no other you’ve had so far. Friday night of Conclave is an opportunity to get settled – you’ll camp with your OA Lodge in a designated area. Friday night is also a big party – cracker barrel, music, dancing, talent show, costume contest and more.

Keys to Friday Success – eat dinner before you arrive (first meal is Saturday breakfast), bring a carnival or circus costume, maybe it’s just a clown nose or perhaps you have a ringmaster outfit laying around the house. Upon arrival you’ll head to registration and get your welcome packet and instructions. Check the back of your Conclave booklet for an opportunity to meet people and get some prizes.

Saturday starts with food of course and then we launch into some training. Make sure you have selected one of the three pathways and arrive at your meeting place at 9AM. We recommend the Basic of the Show but you can pick any of the pathways you’d like. The afternoon has activities and competitions to fill all your time. This year also features waterfront activities and archery. Saturday ends with the election of section officers, an inspiring show, and a thrilling live auction.

Keys to Saturday Success – bring a pen to take notes during training, this isn’t like school but we have brought together the very best trainers from Nevada and California to help you. Check with your Lodge or Chapter Chief about being on a competition team or being a designated competitor for your lodge – 5K, crate tosses, art contests, etc. Bring a swimsuit for the waterfront and your throwing arm for the dunk tank. Overwhelmed? An inclusion will be running to just hang and chill a bit. Bring money for the snack bar and trading post.

Sunday is pretty simple, wake up, pack up, clean your camp area, eat, witness the awards ceremony and safely return home.
